dBridge & Instra:mental present Club Autonomic on tour in support of fabriclive 50
dBridge & Instra:mental are taking the Autonomic sound on the road to celebrate the launch of their fabriclive mix CD in February 2010. The CD will be the 100th release for the record label run by global clubbing brand Fabric and continues their well established reputation for quality and originality. A national press campaign has already been planned to support the release, which will be available in advance to Fabricfirst members and will no doubt appeal to a broad selection of clubbers and home-listeners alike. With Autonomic showcases throughout the year at clubs & festivals from Croatia to Japan, dBridge & Instra:mental have been whipping up crowds into a frenzy with an exclusive and eclectic live selection that stands apart from the rest.
Their own unique take on beats and basslines has been a welcome breath of fresh air for drum & bass fans worldwide, as featured in the hugely successful Autonomic podcast series throughout the year. With each of the carefully crafted Layers revealing foundations in techno, soul and experimental electronica, they've been reaching out to lovers of good music across the board and have earned a solid fanbase plus over 50,000 downloads for the latest podcast.
dBridge & Instra:mental are also now residents on rotation for rinse fm, with their own show following Skream's popular Stella sessions on the first Wednesday of every month. Skream has been representing the Autonomic sound on his show and in his live sets since the beginning and has recently collaborated with dBridge and Instra:mental in the studio. He's also just one of a number of influential dubstep DJs including Appleblim, Scuba, Distance and Ramadanman to have been supporting this fresh sound.
Tonight they take on Room 3 in Fabric once again for a live session that promises to deliver on every level, with deep musical tastes and dancefloor sensibilties both being catered for. Setting the standards high with international guest artists of the highest calibre, Shackleton will be stepping up for a rare UK appearance following his recent "Three EPs" mini-album for Perlon and ASC will be showcasing sounds from his forthcoming LP on NonPlus+. Additionally, Marky & Friends (in room 1) and Soul:ution (in room 2) make this a night that can't be missed.
