Intelligent Manners

Dmitriy Sabekiya aka Intelligent Manners drum and bass producer/dj is based in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. His first acquaintance with drum and bass music started back in 1996, but it was not until the turn of the millennium that Intelligent Manners started spending a lot of time learning how to produce drum and bass.

His career began to grow rapidly and he soon became an established producer receiving support and airplay on established Russian, Brazilian, American and UK radio stations such as BBC 1XTRA, KOOL FM, ICR FM and BASSDRIVE. Supported by Fabio, Marky, Twisted Individual, Jazz Thieves, Mutt, Danny Wheeler, Peyo, Crissy Criss, Jay Rome, Bassdrive crew and many others, he continues to receive support from the drum and bass scene gaining a strong reputation worldwide.

His influences traditionally come from hip-hop, jazz, soul, break beat and jungle from back in 'the golden years'. Many elements of different music genres have contributed to defining his style which is heavy dance floor rollers with attributes of soulful, romantic vibes and a new skool liquid style.

Intelligent Manners is now becoming an established dj in his own right, his mixes as well as his own productions are filling the gap for the romantic, soul grooves and funky vibes, spreading a lot of energy and love. Intelligent Manners diversity making street beats hip-hop style, broken beat and down tempo as well.
